Instructions

1. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.

2. Add the chicken sausages and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and heated through.

3. While the sausages are cooking, prepare the quinoa according to package instructions if not already cooked.

4. In a separate pot, steam or boil the broccoli until tender, about 3-5 minutes.

5. Once everything is cooked, combine the quinoa, broccoli, and sausages in a large bowl.

6. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and lemon juice if desired. Toss to combine.
