Instructions

Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and bell pepper, sautéing for about 3-4 minutes until softened.

Add the sliced chicken sausage and cook for another 5 minutes until browned.

Stir in the minced garlic, broccoli florets, corn, and peas. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet, mixing well. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat through.
