Instructions
1.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat (about 2 minutes).
2.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
3.
Add diced chicken breast to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
4.
Stir in broccoli florets and diced red bell pepper, cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
5.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh Parmesan cheese before serving.
