Instructions
1.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat (about 2 minutes).

Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add chicken pieces to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.

Stir in broccoli, zucchini, kale, and cabbage. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crisp.
5.
Drizzle with low-sodium soy sauce and toss to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
6.
Serve hot and enjoy your healthy chicken and broccoli dish!
