Instructions
1.
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.

3. While the chicken is cooking, steam broccoli and green beans until tender, about 5-7 minutes.

4. In a separate pot, prepare cauliflower rice according to package instructions or sauté in a little olive oil for 5 minutes.

5. Once the chicken is cooked, remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

6. Serve the sliced chicken over cauliflower rice, with steamed broccoli and green beans on the side. Top with a dollop of Greek yogurt.
