Instructions
1.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken breast and season with garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the chicken is browned and cooked through.

Add the asparagus to the skillet and stir-fry for another 5 minutes until tender-crisp.

In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce and honey (if using). Pour the sauce over the chicken and asparagus, stirring to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
4.
Serve the chicken and asparagus mixture over a bed of cooked brown rice.

1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces

2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
5.
1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, for sweetness)

1 tablespoon olive oil
7.
1 teaspoon garlic powder
8.
1 teaspoon ginger powder
9.
Salt and pepper to taste
