Instructions
1.
1. Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

3. Add the diced chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until heated through.

4. Stir in the chopped spinach and sliced red bell pepper. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the spinach is wilted.

5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning if desired.

6. Serve warm and enjoy your healthy chicken and spinach pasta!
