Instructions
1.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat (about 2 minutes).

Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add sliced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in broccoli, bell pepper, snap peas, and carrots. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Pour in soy sauce, season with salt and pepper, and toss everything together for 1-2 minutes.
6.
Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
