Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a bowl, mix the ground chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.

Place the carrot fries on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.

While the fries are baking, cook the chicken patties in a skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.

In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt with Dijon mustard and a pinch of salt for the sauce.
6.
Assemble the burgers by spreading the yogurt sauce on the buns, adding the chicken patty, pickled vegetables, and a drizzle of Sriracha.
7.
Serve with roasted carrot fries and green beans on the side.

2 cups green beans, trimmed

2 cups carrots, cut into fries
