Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the chopped green leaf lettuce and spinach.
2.
Add the diced chicken breast, cherry tomatoes, red onion, kalamata olives, cucumber, and sunflower seeds.
3.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the salad.
4.
Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of Caesar dressing and toss gently to combine.
5.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
