Love that salad!! You found a great balance and did great by only having 1 serving of dressing

Instructions

  • 1.

    In a large bowl, combine the chopped green leaf lettuce and spinach.

  • 2.

    Add the diced chicken breast, cherry tomatoes, red onion, kalamata olives, cucumber, and sunflower seeds.

  • 3.

    Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the salad.

  • 4.

    Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of Caesar dressing and toss gently to combine.

  • 5.

    Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
