Chicken Caesar again eating around the croutons. The kitchen was too busy today to make a protein bowl so Im trying that next week!

Instructions

  • 1.

    1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.

    2. Drizzle the light Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.

  • 3.

    3. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top and add croutons if desired.

  • 4.

    4. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes before serving for a chilled salad.
