Instructions
1.
1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.

2. Drizzle the light Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.

3. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top and add croutons if desired.
4.
4. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes before serving for a chilled salad.
