Instructions

    1. Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped turkey bacon and cook until crispy, about 5 minutes.

    3. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.

  • 4.

    4. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and slice.

    5. In the same skillet, add chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in spinach and cherry tomatoes, cooking until spinach is wilted.

    6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, along with the sliced chicken and feta cheese. Toss to combine and heat through.
