Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, black beans, diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
3.
In a baking dish, layer half of the chicken mixture on the bottom.
4.
Top with shredded cabbage and carrots, then add the remaining chicken mixture on top.
5.
Spread the low-fat sour cream evenly over the top and sprinkle with green onions.
6.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until heated through and slightly bubbly.
7.
Serve hot, drizzled with low-calorie dressing.
