Instructions
1.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat (about 2 minutes).

Add sliced chicken breast and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in sliced bell pepper and onion, cooking for another 5 minutes until softened.

Add spinach, black beans, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until spinach is wilted.
