Instructions
1.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat (about 2 minutes).

Add sliced onions and bell peppers, sautéing until softened (about 5-7 minutes).

Stir in the seasoned chicken breast meat, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until heated through (about 5 minutes).
4.
In a large bowl, combine mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, and black olives. Drizzle with lime juice and toss gently.

Serve the chicken fajita mixture over the salad, and enjoy!
