Instructions
1.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat (about 2 minutes).

Add sliced chicken breast and cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
3.
Stir in sliced bell pepper and onion, cooking until softened (about 3-5 minutes).
4.
Add chopped spinach and fajita seasoning, cooking until spinach wilts (about 2 minutes).
5.
Warm whole wheat tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
6.
Serve the chicken and vegetable mixture in tortillas, garnished with lime juice and cilantro if desired.
