Instructions
1.
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat (about 2 minutes).
2.
Add the riced cauliflower and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally.
3.
Push the cauliflower to one side of the skillet and pour in the beaten eggs. Scramble until fully cooked, then mix with the cauliflower.
4.
Add the shredded chicken, black beans, soy sauce, and Sriracha. Stir well to combine and heat through (about 3-5 minutes).
5.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, and stir in chopped green onions before serving.

8.
1 tablespoon Sriracha (adjust to taste)
