Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the chopped kale and olive oil. Massage the kale for about 2-3 minutes until it softens.

Add the cooked and diced chicken breast to the bowl.

Sprinkle the crunchy salad topping over the chicken and kale.
4.
Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
5.
Toss everything together until well combined.
6.
Top with crumbled feta cheese before serving.
