Instructions
1.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat (about 2 minutes).

Add the cooked chicken, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and heat through (about 5 minutes).
3.
In a separate pot, combine the cooked green lentils and black beans. Heat over low until warmed (about 5 minutes).
4.
If using spinach, add it to the lentil and bean mixture and cook until wilted (about 2 minutes).
5.
Serve the chicken over the lentil and bean mixture, garnished with fresh cilantro if desired.
