Instructions

  • 1.

    In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced tomato, sliced onion, and crumbled feta cheese.

    Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix well to combine.

    Lay out the whole wheat wraps on a clean surface.

  • 4.

    Evenly distribute the chicken mixture onto each wrap, adding chopped lettuce on top.

  • 5.

    Roll the wraps tightly, tucking in the sides as you go to secure the filling.

  • 6.

    Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for a meal on the go.
