Instructions
1.
1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.

2. Season the chicken breast fillets with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from skillet and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, add the chopped onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until translucent.

4. Add the sliced carrots, diced bell peppers, and green beans to the skillet. Sauté for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

5. Drizzle the vinegar over the vegetables and stir to combine. Cook for an additional minute.

6. Serve the chicken on a plate with the sautéed vegetables on the side. Add a dollop of mustard for extra flavor.
