Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven or air fryer according to the chicken nugget package instructions (about 400°F).

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the zucchini spirals and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until tender.

Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. If using, add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted (about 1-2 minutes).

While the zucchini is cooking, bake or air fry the chicken nuggets according to package instructions until crispy.
