Instructions
1.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, toss the zucchini spirals with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Place the seasoned zucchini spirals in the air fryer basket and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
4.
While the zucchini is cooking, prepare the chicken nuggets according to package instructions in the air fryer for about 10-12 minutes until crispy.

If using spinach, add it to the air fryer for the last 2 minutes of cooking to wilt it slightly.
6.
Serve the chicken nuggets over the zucchini spirals, garnished with additional seasoning if desired.
