Chicken Parmesan- boneless skinless Chicken breast tomato basil sauce fresh mozzarella (looks like a lot but it just spread out when it melted). Broccoli and orange bell pepper.

Yes it does but i know when spread looks like a lot but glad to see this awareness

Instructions

  • 1.

    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • 2.

    In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add broccoli and bell pepper, sautéing for about 5-7 minutes until tender. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

  • 3.

    In the same skillet, add the chicken breasts and cook for 5 minutes on each side until browned.

  • 4.

    Pour the tomato basil sauce over the chicken, then sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.

  • 5.

    Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.

  • 6.

    Serve the chicken with the sautéed vegetables on the side, garnished with fresh basil if desired.
