Instructions
1.
1. Cook the whole grain pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

3. Season the chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add them to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.

4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

5. In the same skillet, add the green peas and spinach (if using). Sauté for 3-4 minutes until heated through.

6. Combine the cooked pasta with the vegetables in the skillet. Toss to mix well.

7. Serve the pasta topped with sliced chicken.
