Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2.
Toss the broccoli and Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes until tender and slightly crispy.

While the vegetables are roasting, cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
4.
In a bowl, mix the ground chicken with salt, pepper, and any desired herbs. Form into meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter).
5.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the meatballs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
6.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, roasted vegetables, meatballs, and pesto. Toss until everything is well coated.
7.
Serve warm, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
