Great choice for a quick grab at Target!

Instructions

  • 1.

    In a large bowl, combine the deli turkey or chicken, halved grapes, diced celery, and chopped walnuts (if using).

  • 2.

    In a separate small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.

  • 3.

    Pour the yogurt mixture over the turkey and grape mixture, and gently toss to combine.

  • 4.

    Serve the salad over a bed of mixed greens for added fiber and nutrients.
