Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and shredded carrots (if using).
2.
In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and spicy ranch dressing until well combined.
3.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
4.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
