Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, cooked brown rice, and black beans.
2.
Sprinkle the sunflower seeds over the top.
3.
Drizzle the light vinaigrette dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients.
4.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
