Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, diced chicken, edamame, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and green onions.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
4.
Top with blue cheese crumble before serving.
