Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, avocado, black beans, and corn.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Add the shredded chicken to the salad mixture and pour the dressing over the top.
4.
Toss everything together gently until well combined.
5.
Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
