Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, black beans, chopped romaine lettuce, and cherry tomatoes.
2.
In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, chopped cilantro, salt, and pepper to create the vinaigrette.
3.
Pour the vinaigrette over the salad mixture and toss gently to combine.
4.
Top with shredded cheese (if using) and baked tortilla strips before serving.
