Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, spinach, mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
2.
In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create a dressing.
3.
Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
4.
Lay out the whole wheat tortillas and evenly distribute the salad mixture onto each tortilla.
5.
Wrap the tortillas tightly and slice in half to serve.

2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup mixed salad greens

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

9.
1 tablespoon lemon juice
