Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, corn, and feta cheese.
2.
Add the shredded chicken on top of the salad mixture.
3.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
4.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients.
5.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
