Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the mixed lettuce, shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, and grated carrots.

Drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently to combine.
3.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
