Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the salad kit, shredded chicken, and green onions.
2.
If using, drizzle with olive oil and apple cider vinegar, then toss to combine.
3.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.

4 cups salad kit (cabbage, carrots, red cabbage)

2 cups shredded chicken (cooked, skinless)
3.
1/2 cup green onions (sliced)
4.
1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
5.
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (optional)
