Instructions

  • 1.

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat (about 2 minutes).

    Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

  • 3.

    Slice the chicken sausages into rounds and add them to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned.

  • 4.

    Add the chopped kale to the skillet, stirring well to combine. Cook for another 5 minutes until the kale is wilted.

  • 5.

    Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice before serving.
