Instructions
1.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat (about 2 minutes).

Add the chicken sausages and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until browned.

While the sausages are cooking, slice the apples and sprinkle with cinnamon.
4.
Add the sliced apples to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes until they are tender.
5.
If using spinach, add it to the skillet in the last minute of cooking, stirring until wilted.
6.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve warm.
