Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat (about 2 minutes).

Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add diced chicken breast and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through, stirring occasionally.
4.
Add sliced onions and bell peppers, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
5.
Stir in broccoli florets and soy sauce, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is tender but still vibrant.
6.
Season with black pepper and salt to taste, then remove from heat and serve immediately.
