Instructions
1.
1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breast with cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.

2. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

3. In the same skillet, add the chickpeas and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.

4. Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan or microwave for about 30 seconds.

5. Assemble the tacos by placing sliced chicken and chickpeas on each tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce and salsa.

1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

8 small corn tortillas

2 cups shredded lettuce

1 cup salsa (low-sugar)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon chili powder

Salt and pepper to taste
