Instructions
1.
In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create a creamy dressing. Set aside.

In a pot of boiling water, blanch the green beans for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.

Lay out the spinach wraps and evenly distribute the shredded chicken among them.
4.
Top the chicken with blanched green beans, strawberries, and melon.
5.
Drizzle the yogurt dressing over the fillings, then roll up the wraps tightly.
6.
Slice the wraps in half and serve with extra yogurt on the side for dipping.
