Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, yellow tomatoes, and chopped lettuce.

Add the cubed tofu to the bowl.

Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.

Toss gently to combine all ingredients evenly.
