Tuna in water chickpeas salad

Instructions

  • 1.

    In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna and chickpeas. (2 minutes)

    Add the mixed greens, blue cheese, and raisins to the bowl. (2 minutes)

  • 3.

    In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. (2 minutes)

  • 4.

    Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. (2 minutes)

  • 5.

    Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
