Instructions

  • 1.

    In a large bowl, combine the chopped spinach and lettuce.

    Add the rinsed garbanzo beans, halved grapes, shredded carrots, and sliced red onion.

  • 3.

    In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  • 4.

    Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.

  • 5.

    Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
