Instructions

    Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onions and sauté for about 5 minutes until translucent.

    Add the black beans, red chile sauce, and chopped spinach. Stir well and let simmer for 10-15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
