Instructions
1.
In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, and protein powder. Mix well.
2.
Add peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), applesauce, vanilla extract, and salt to the dry ingredients. Stir until fully combined.
3.
Fold in dark chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
4.
Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper. Press the mixture firmly into the dish, spreading it evenly.
5.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set. Once firm, cut into bars and enjoy!
