Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the raw almonds, cocoa powder, sea salt, and melted coconut oil. Mix well until the almonds are evenly coated.
3.
If using, add honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
4.
Spread the coated almonds in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the almonds are toasted and fragrant.
6.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely before enjoying.
