Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2.
In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3.
Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes.
4.
While the potatoes are roasting, prepare the cod. Season the fillets with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
5.
After 15 minutes, add the cod fillets to the baking sheet with the potatoes and return to the oven.
6.
Add the green beans to the baking sheet, drizzle with the remaining olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
7.
Roast everything together for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cod is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
8.
Serve hot, garnished with lemon slices.
