Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese and diced peaches. (2 minutes)
2.
Add the chopped spinach and mix well. (2 minutes)
3.
Sprinkle with chia seeds and cinnamon, and drizzle with honey if desired. (2 minutes)
4.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes for a refreshing dish. (30 minutes)
