Cottage cheese and peach for dinner

A nice light meal to finish off the day. Todays calories look great as well. Im glad you enjoyed your time in the pool even though it took some getting used to. Thanks for the updates Diana solid work!

Instructions

  • 1.

    In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese and diced peaches. (2 minutes)

  • 2.

    Add the chopped spinach and mix well. (2 minutes)

  • 3.

    Sprinkle with chia seeds and cinnamon, and drizzle with honey if desired. (2 minutes)

  • 4.

    Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes for a refreshing dish. (30 minutes)

    2 ripe peaches, diced

    1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
