Instructions

In a medium bowl, add the cottage cheese and stir until smooth (about 1 minute).

Fold in the sliced strawberries and chia seeds (if using) gently to combine.
3.
Transfer the mixture into serving bowls or containers.
4.
Top with cucumber slices for a refreshing crunch.
5.
Drizzle with honey or agave syrup if you prefer a sweeter taste.
